I watched my recording of the Memorial golf tournament today. It went into a sudden death playoff and the recording shut off before the finish of the tournament. This has happened to me before with directv stream so I did record the program following the tournament. My question is why extended time

My condo building just signed up for a bulk account with DirecTV. We received instruction to go to www.directv.com/mycommunity to register. That web page does not exist. I got a 404 error code. Please provide updated instructions to register.
