Another area that needs attention. Because DVR recordings expire after nine months, Directv should have some way of alerting the customer that another showing of that recording is on the schedule. That gives us the option of extending that nine month limit.

I pay for DIRECTV and was told that I could get rid of a box and as long as I had one I add the DIRECTV app to my other smart TVs and everything would work well. I am finding I cannot delete recorded TV shows from my Roku app. Very frustrating! Please help

How to stop someone from purchasing things on tv

My Direct TV remote does everything on my LG TV but will not turn the TV off. I continue to get a No Signal message after trying to turn off the TV and I have to use the LG remote.

How can you pause a program on live tv and then come back to watch it 20 minutes later. It never seems to hold the program. I have never had this issue with other services. We have a Samsung TV with Apple TV. Also, how do you rewind a show quickly.

Why did they change the recording list? It was perfect the way it was, now it is just confusing and overly difficult to find old recordings. This is the most idiotic, unnecessary and nonsensical update to anything I have ever seen in the entirety of my life.
