Our community recently switched to Directv and we received 2 Gemini boxes. One box works just fine with no sound issues. The other box will randomly start an echo or reverberation of the sound of whatever I am watching, be it live TV or recorded shows...the echoing will last around 10 minutes, then

Direct tv streaming going to add a trash can when you have people who accidentally delete your shows and have no way to get them back? Give us 30 days to restore it or let it delete for good after that time frame. Please

I’m watching a DVR recording and in the middle of the playback I decide to watch another recording. So, I hit the Back button until I get to the list of recordings. I select the recordings and then hit Watch Now and the recording starts. But not at the beginning. It appears to play at the same time

Need to report a problem with the DIRECTV app for iPad. Closed captioning becomes enabled every time the DIRECTV app is launched despite being disabled in Settings > Preferences every time. I have the Gemini and after the last update I have to turn my volume up over twice as much to get same level.
