Watching on Satellite

Why is there no way for the support teams to fix an error in their blackout database? When An event it is blacked out improperly you have no mechanism to call anyone to fix it. the only recourse is to compain and maybe in a few days someone might reach back out but for live events how does that help

voice control only sends to pay streaming sites. if there's a live NBA game and I say the teams and/or even the channel it sends me to youtube or other sites out of greed. lame. cox will at least put me on the game with voice control.
