Can anyone please tell me what the NY state sales tax rate is that DTV uses for calculation? My county has an add-on to the state rate. How is that calculated? Can you please tell me what part of my total bill is being taxed?

I'm trying to dispute a DirecTV collection but their (Edited per community guidelines) site won't upload documentation.

We would rather give up any station than to give up WGN so if this is not resolved as soon as possible we will be switching services

It is past 60 days since cancelled service and equipment returned. When will the overpayment of $200 plus dollars be refunded? Yhank you.

currently we have UVerse. All our bills are paid through UVerse Internet. Is this possible with Direct TV also? I have heard negative reports about this.
