Watching on Satellite

I have been having an issue no matter what program or sports I'm watching. If I press 'info' or 'more info', or guide, or list, 'press ⏪️ to stream program from the beginning ' it's there for the entire time I'm using that function. The only time it disappears is when I go back to actually watching

This has been going on for quite awhile. I don't watch that channel very often so I tend to forget about it. Very annoying when trying to watch my team and they keep cutting out.

I’m watching the Ga vs GaTech football game and the video and audio signal is repeatedly dropping for about a minute then comes back. It happens every few minutes and only on one station (the local ABC affiliate). Any idea what is happening?

Just today the closed captions are appearing on the top of screen instead of bottom. This only happens on shows I recorded. The live tv shows the closed captions are on the bottom as usual. I have tried unplugging for several minutes but that did not fix.

Subscriptions show at bottom of screen. Each is paid for but will not allow access. When clicking on Prime,Netflix on AppleTV, subscriber name is shown, when clicked on the name, then it opens but will not allow access to select a movie, etc.

(Server) Records content not requested by anyone in our home. I have deleted the content. The undesirable series and shows are not listed in upcoming recordings or anywhere in recording manager. Any solutions or ideas are greatly appreciated. Thank you.
