We have canceled Directv after being customers for more than 20 years. I'm sick and tired of being charged for packages that we did not request. They would not even take off $16.99 for a channel we have never had before. They charged it on our last bill. We will NEVER go back to DirecTV!

how do I pay my bill

Good morning, I recently signed up for Directv and linked my moviesanywhere account to the directv system. The movies play if I am using the Directv app, however, if I play them using my genie 2 with the 4k mini box, they stop after 5 minutes. I get a message that says, "Authorization in Progress".

DirecTV website and app won't accept my log in information. I can not change my password on either. I have tried 6 browsers, 3 computers, and iPhone app. Nothing works. I get a message saying some form of "Something Went Wrong", "Incorrect user ID or password. Please try again. Care code: 201", or C

I need to update my credit card.

I have my account number, email address and user ID but can't remember password or answers to security questions. How can I sign into the account?

I have dtv and have added espn+ . My basic dtv sports don’t include secn. . What must I do to get secn+? Last year for football dtv had a sports package that added secn and thus allowed secn+. Is that what is needed to see secn+ softball?
