Please bring back the old List
The new Direct Tv Menu (Edited per community guidelines)! I can’t find programs that I have recorded. I can no longer watch the 10 Law and Order shows that it shows I have recorded. When I click on it it just takes me back to the menu again. Why can’t companies leave things alone. The old way was so simple. This new thing is absolutely nuts. Goodbye Direct TV. I have had it with you!

Your feedback is noted and appreciated, @Artfesst. Before you make a final decision, let's fix this technical glitch, so you can access your DVR right away. Try restarting your receiver by pressing the red reset button on your DIRECTV box, then allow it to reboot for five minutes. If that doesn't work, unplug the power cord for 15 seconds and plug it back in to clear temporary update bugs. You can then access your recordings directly by pressing the LIST button on your remote or by navigating to "My Library" in the new menu. I have done both of the recommendations and I still can’t get back to the list when I press list.
As to your advice to find additional steps to help and I copy and paste the provided link this is what I get:

I have done everything recommended and I still can't get my list back. And I have issues like this - the menu shows Law and Order (for example) with 22 of 23 recorded programs unwatched. Yet when I click on it to watch it, it doesn't take me to the shows, but rather takes me back to the menu page that advises you to click on menu. I'm so tired of this. All I want is access to my shows.

I have the same problem which just started about a week ago (05/18/26). It says; Broadcast provider has restricted access to this program. So far, it is just Law & Order, but that is the program I record on NBC in Tallahassee. I called Direct TV and they were no help at all. They blame it all the local NBC provider. They probably are in a contract dispute but haven't even let their own people know. I can watch L&O on Peacock but can't fast forward through commercials.
