Seems to have cleared up now, at least for the NBC channel. It didn't matter the device. It was the local channels that were all glitching. CBS, FOX, NBC at least. I didn't check the others. They kept tiling and having cut-outs. It was clearly an issue in however they get their feed and send it along.
But I'd still really like to know where this known outage was being posted, rather than having to dig and dig to find out anything and ending up here.

Freaking ridiculous. One of biggest football days here in Michigan and freaking tv has been acting up all day!

I agree, ridiculous. And where is this outage supposedly reported? I don’t see it posted anywhere but here.
