Poor picture quality bit rate

4K televisions have been out for years some TVs even talk about 8K DirecTV streams has always had the best picture quality for better than anyone else for 1080p but now they have taken away the option within the app for picture quality good better best and since this they have lowered the bit rate and all channels just look somewhat blurry watchable but not as good as what it's always been it's supposed to be going the other way better picture quality more 4K channels but no what do they do lower the bit rate and give us all blurry pictures unacceptable
