Yes, you can but make sure that your home wifi network is set before your daughter moves. You are allowed to have 3 streams outside of your home network 2 of which can be TVs the third can only be streamed on a Cell Phone, Tablet, or Computer. Hope this helps!

They don't care who your ISP is as long as it is still United States. They do not allow service (streaming or satellite) broadcast to another country.
