Sports Scores Disappeared

Question

I have 'show scores' activated, and they used to appear, but suddenly they're not showing up on my TV.  When I watch Direct TV (streaming) on my computer, I can see them, but not when I stream on my Samsung TV. And they used to show. I didn't change anything. I tried the chat, but the 'support' person told me I needed 'to activate the show sports scores.' Really? Anyone have a real suggestion?

I turned that on years ago and it worked until yesterday.  I tried turning it off, then on again.  But still nothing.  And as I said, when I watch Direct TV on my computer, the scores show up.  They just don't show on my TV, all of a sudden, for no apparent reason, since it was working before.

I use the streaming app with a fire stick on a Samsung TV.  It's been working fine for at least 3 years until yesterday.
